1 Year Limited Warranty/30 Day Return Policy
Innovative Care Products, LLC warrants our products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”) from innovativecareusa.com. Items will be exchanged for an identical item only and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase only, if the items are unused and in new condition, accompanied by the original receipt and returned in original packaging with all original packaging materials including hang-tags, inserts, etc. Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the Credit Card used for the original purchase. If returned items do not meet this criteria, a full refund will not be issued. No refunds will be issued after 30 days of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of misuse by the consumer and/or a third party and items that are damaged as a result of other third party products are non-returnable. Items purchased through a retailer or anywhere other than innovativecareusa.com must be exchanged/returned to the original place of purchase, observing their particular exchange/return policy. Costs for all exchanges and returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Innovative Care Products, LLC (e.g. wrong item or color). For item exchanges, shipping costs to Innovative Care Products, LLC and return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. For item returns, shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Shipping costs paid by the customer when placing the original order are non-refundable.
Except for the limited warranty expressly set forth above or to the extent restricted or prohibited by applicable law, Innovative Care Products, LLC expressly disclaims any and all other warranties express or implied, including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and you specifically agree that Innovative Care Products, LLC shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any Innovative Care Products, LLC product. In addition to and without limiting the generality of the foregoing disclaimers, the limited warranty does not, under any circumstances, cover the replacement or cost of any electronic device or personal property inside or outside of the Innovative Care Products, LLC product.
Please note that returns of the Model V3 iPad case are subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
