Introducing the Air Professional
Apple has sold over 170 million tablets since the three and half years after the iPad’s initial launch.
On October 22, 2013, Apple CEO Tim Cook unveiled the fifth generation iPad — the Air — which was a slimmed down, sexier and sleeker version wrapped in a metallic space gray and silver.
The most striking differences with the iPad Air is the 22% reduction in weight, and extra thin 7.5 millimeter thickness. These significant modifications were made without sacrificing the 9.7-inch Retina Display or the front facing camera which can capture video in 720p HD.
Consumers loved the ultra-slim size, as the Air sold out in Hong Kong two hours after becoming available online. And over the past few years, we’ve received countless phone calls, emails, and questions about designing a high-quality, professional case for the iPad.
Now, it’s finally here.
The Air Professional is a lightweight, yet rugged professional case designed exclusively for the iPad Air.
It’s exterior is a wrapped in an easy-to-grip material that doesn’t sacrifice design, and the interior is lined in soft but durable suede-like material.
The Air Professional also has a convenient shoulder strap for hands-free carrying of an iPad. Strap is also detachable so that the Air Professional can become a compact folio.
When the front cover is completely folded against the back of the case, you can take unobstructed pictures or videos because of the front cover’s unique cut-out contour.
And last but not least, added material protects the corner surfaces of the iPad to cut down on nicks, scraps, and cuts.
We’ve poured everything into engineering and designing a product to be as simple and elegant as the device it protects. And we’re thrilled to finally get it into the hands of consumers and customers who’ve been asking for a product like this since the iPad Air became a reality.
